Hi. This is a long shot but I'm hoping someone will know something.
My husband's grandmother was born Ruth Seaton Livingston born in Fort Smith Arkansas in 1912. March, I think.
Her mother's name was Mamie Bozeman. Got this info from Ruth's Social Security Card application. Mamie was married to a James Livingston. The story was passed down that Mamie had died either during child birth or very shortly thereafter. James supposedly left Ruth with relatives, friends or neighbors. She practically grew up an orphan.
