Case family in Hampton township in 1870s

Does anyone know about any Cases, particularly the family of Joseph Case, in or around Hampton township? They were there in the 1870 census. However the census says Marion county, Hampton township, Yellville post office. I didn't think Yellville was in Hampton township, but rather Union township. Joseph's widow and some children moved to TX before 1877.

Since the courthouse burned down in 1887, I can't find any records for the 1870s. Any help of suggestions would be appreciated.
