The book reads as follows:

In Sept 1989, Joy ANDERSON Russell wrote the compiler about this cemetery. She was advised of it by the now late Tressie Porter. The cemetery used to have tombstones and least 20 graves are there, including "Preacher Reavis".
In February 1999, Cora LIGHT Humble of Pettigrew visited those graves and informed the Society of their existance.
From Boston , go north on County Road #4. You will come to a fork where County Road #130 continues north. Take #4 to the left. go past Claud "Bug" & Lorraine Eaton's place and up the hill to Jerry Lee Johnson's which is the 3 rd house on the left. In the left hand corner of the Johnson' front yard is a grave marked with a commercial tombstone. It reads Reavis, J. E. born 1842 died 1894.

The Madison County Land Patents state John E. Reavis filed on 4 Aug 1890 Homestead Doc # 6921 & #9314 PART # 1 N SW S 14 T 14N R 25W; PART #2 SWNW OD SAME & PART #3 SENE S 15 T 14N R 25W, 160 ACREAS A JOHN E. REAVIS FILED 04/09/1900.

I hope this will help you....
