We then make notecards, bookmarkers, and/or photos from them. (We recently joined the Arkansas Craft Guild.) My mother grew up in Lick Creek, Arkansas (about 8 miles from Booneville, Logan County). Last July I took pictures of the old church/schoolhouse (built prior to 1907) with two outhouses behind it, the outhouses, cemetery, and a bridge not far from there. For my mother and her family, I made notecards and bookmarkers. They turned out so well, that we thought we would do more photography that involved small communities, etc. We also enjoy going to the small communities. Does that help you?
