Bear Creek Lake Records

Does anyone know what is contained in the records of governmental takeover of private land in area where Bear Creek Lake, Marianna, Lee Co, AR is now?
I once saw a fishing map of the lake and every hollow on that map has genealogical significance to me. In an interview with a now deceased great aunt, she remembered Bear Creek as a small stream where she fished in Taylor Field, named for my ggrandfather Charles Grimm Taylor. Other sites are Robertson Hollow for my Roberson family, Ripper Hollow for the Rippers who intermarried with the Robersons, Whitesides for a man believed to have come from same place as Robersons in TN, and I believe Casteel Hollow is named for the Casteels who also came from Wayne Co, TN and intermarried with the Bradys in TN.
At one time I was in touch with an employee at Bear Creek Lake, St. Francis Nat. Forest who was going to look up information in his spare time, but was soon transferred due to gov. cutbacks.
