If anyone has memories or knows when my grandfather was sheriff in ravenden, ar. i would like to know what years he was there. my mom said they lived across from the park and his wife and kids cooked for the prisoners there. His name was Andrew Jackson Gates. There were at least 5 kids that lived there with them. i don't know if the last two were born while they lived there or not.
