I am trying to sort out all of the Willmuth families in Lawrence County. I think that cemetery info might help. Can anyone supply that?.....or marriage records?
I am looking at the 1850 census and it has a family with no mother and the father is listed as Wilmuth Wilmerth. I have been told that the parents of my William Love Willmuth were John E. Willmuth and Mary Hellma Edwards. Is this man called Wilmuth Wilmerth on the census really John E. Willmuth. I think Mary died in 1959. Does someone have land records, or a will or any proof of this man? I would sure appreciate some help here.
Do all of the Willmuths in Lawrence County stem from the same family?
