Walnut Ridge is the current county seat. The county clerk would be the repository of marriage books. However, before doing that, try the LawCo web page and esp. the personal pages of Nancy Matthews and a few other people who have those pages. Chances are you will find a lookup volunteer who has a copy of the marriage books.
