Iterested in locating info on adoption of Jeff Williams to James Williams and Mitzy Hagerman. Date unknown. Was adopted in Texas. Apparently lived in or near Texarkana Ark., in Layfayette County. Has been said that Jeff was born at St. Michaels Hosp. Possible that Carrol Lee was his biological mother.
