In searches for my family I also searched for your Griggs family member and Mary Sumlin. I sent you a post earlier (I did say J. Frank Griggs, but the gravestone said J. F. Griggs), but in the meantime I have found a Mary R. Sumlin b: 7, June, 1905, D: 24 July, 1988, buried: Grove Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas, USA. Not sure this could be your relative or not??

I also found an Eph Sumlin b:?? D: 7 Oct. 1862. Your relative???
