Patrick,
Thanks for responding to my inquiry. I came to the same conclusion that you did. Joseph and Arminda were too old to be parents of Milton Oliver Terry. I was told Miltons parents were thought to be named Joe and Mindy Terry, so when I found Joseph and Arminda, I made that giant leap and concluded they might be parents. Guess I'll just have to keep on looking.
