Thanks Sharon: I find in 1910 Hempstead Co this man Joseph B. Ballard was a widower and by 1915 he had married a women by the name of Florence..In the Cemetery it shows she had a son who died at birth on Sept. 30, 1915..When I went to Little Rock for the death cert. they sent a birth cert. for a son of Florence Ballard who died Oct. 23,1915. CAn you help me straighten out this problem.
Do you think there might be another birth Cert. for Sept. 30. I am really confused.
No marriage record has been found for them.
Her obit did not list any childrens altho the bad birth cert. also says she had 2 other children.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
