Michael Ward

Mary Ward ads Mary Crayton
And now at this day came the said Michael Ward by his solicitor and the said defendant having failed to appear and answer the complainants bill the court proceeded to an expartee hearing of this case and the complainant supported the allegations in his bill by proof of the alligations mentioned therein, and contained. It is therefore considered adjudged ordered and decreed that the bonds of matrimony heretofore contacted between the said Michael Ward and Mary Ward be and the same is hereby forever revoked dissolved and rendered void as though the same had never been contracted or existed. And that either party be at liberty to marry again. And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Michael Ward pay all costs in this behalf expended.
Does anyone know of this couple? Which Wards was Michael related too?
