Hi Mary;
Have you gone to the Hempstead marriages? I have a copy I pprinted off the internet.It lists most of the marriages in Hempstead Co. My cousin who did live there said they didn't list them all. Anyway here are 2 of them.

I am also interested to learn about your Cooper connection. My
husband's mother was a cooper from the Pike Co. area. Are you
