Thank you for replying. This looks like my John F. Finley, who I've been told was married several times.
I posted the following on the site for the FINLEY name and am looking for both John and Safronie also called Fronie.
John F. FINLEY, age 45, and Sophronie A. FENTER, age 20, were married in Grant County, Arkansas, 23 December 1894 (Book D, page 157). Both the bride and groom were from the town of Fenter, Grant County. Certificate of marriage was signed by W. BRIDGES, JP. Bond for Marriage License had the "Principal" as John F. FINLEY and the "Security" as James FENTER.
I'm still hopeful that I can find not only where Fronie is buried but when. She was probably buried in Grant County, Arkansas, and probably is one of the ones buried in the FENTER cemetery.
