Searching for any information on my great great grandmother, Susan Hefley, her parents and siblings.

I know that Susan may have grown up in Garland Co, AR and married my great great grandfather, George MD Murphy, b. 1847 TN. They lived in Saline Co, AR during the 1870 census and Perry Co during the 1880 AR census.

They had 7 children all born in AR between 1867-1879. Does someone have any knowledge of Susan, her parents and siblings?
