Here's the problem:
I have ALL the information on both of my parents (both deceased), SS# & birth certificates, burial info. obits, EVERYTHING except their marriage information! I was not adopted or anything, we just can't find their marriage and are beginning to believe they never married! I have talked to any & all relatives & friends that knew them and NO ONE knows.
Being that most of their lives were in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, I checked there & all surroundings counties & nothing. I wrote Jefferson City (state capitol),MO and the MO National Archives and in order to search it they need a county! Since we don't know where & when it does no good. I even wrote the SS Admin. and they don't give that information. Only what's on the SS 5 form, which I paid and received!
So what I'm needing is someone who can go to the county court houses and check their indexes or marriage books for the time frame of July 1950- ?1960! I'm willing to pay!
