Need help in finding my father in was in the Army Navy Hospital in Hot Springs Garland Co. in 1936 was discharged from there.The St Louis Missouri Military Records say the records for that time were destroyed in a fire. I was told the Hospital is closed now My Question is does anyone out there know where there records are?? Some states kept a copy. My fathers name: Charles Franklin Porter he was in the Army died in 1943
