The best source---short of someone volunteering to copy it and mail it to you---is to contact the Garland Co. Library. They have microfilm copies of the newspapers and should be willing for a nominal fee to send you a copy. You might want to call them at 501-623-4161 and ask how to go about obtaining the obit. Their mailing address is 1427 Malvern Ave/Hot Springs AR 71901. If I still made frequent trips to HS, I'd do it for you.
