A bit late to answer your post, but thought this might offer a clue: Dolphas Ray Washam b. Sep 1, 1918 d. Oct 30, 1948, spouse shown as Lillian C, father Ira L Washam, mother Iva (sp?) Akin, burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Gross Funeral Home. Lillian Ray Washam b. May 24, 1905 d. Mar 7, 1965, father shown only as Caldwell, burial in Mem Gardens by Gross. Eva Washam b. Apr 4, 1893 d. May 21,1965, father Joe Akin, mother Mary Cummings, burial Mem Gardens by Gross. Infant Washam b.& d. Jan 5, 1923, father shown as Ira Washam, burial in Oak Hill Cemetery by Caruth Funeral Home. Marriage record: Ira Washam 23 and Eva Akin 22 Book U Pg 297 shown as void, but then shows same info for July 3, 1915 Bk U Pg 382.
Hope some of this is useful...you can find copies of the obits at the Garland Co Library in Hot Springs and probably get copies of teh funeral records from the homes listed. Good Luck.
