Could anyone help me with the location of a place called Niel Springs? It is suppose to be in or around Hot Springs. It is shown as the place of birth on my cousin's birth certificate. He believed it was just an area near a spring by that name. (His parents were camped close by the spring at the time of his birth.) Would appreciate any help.
