This may not be the person you are looking for, but in the Garland Co Marriage Records index through1949, I found a Virginia Kelly, 19, who md. Dick Tabor, 23, Sept 5, 1942 Bk 48 Pg 345. There is also a Virginia Kelley, 18, who md. Earl Withrow, 23, Feb 28, 1939 Bk. 43 Pg 544. Mr Withrow died Oct 18, 1971, and is buried in the Morning Star Cemetery. NFI on either of the Virginias.
