I am seeking information regarding the date and place of death and burial of my step-father, Jeremiah (Jerry) ALLEN. He was born 22 Apr 1878 at Marshall County, IN, and died about 1956 while residing at an Old Age Home located somewhere in Arkansas - probably, in some county North of Faulkner County. He would have been about 78 years of age at the time of his death. His Social Security Number was 359-07-8173 (Issued: IL - Before 1951)

During WW II, my ALLEN family lived at Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, AR, where Jerry was employed as a Mill Right at the Arsenal. After the war, he held other jobs including employment as a Black Smith at Pickens, Desha County, AR.

I need this information in order to obtain a copy of his Death Certificate.
