I am trying to learn more about my Mother-in-law's Stacy family. She is the daughter of Benjamin, the youngest child of John Wesley Stacy. I do not have a lot of information to work with. I would very much appreciate ANY help with this family.

John Wesley Stacy born probably about 1826 in TN
Wife:Adaline, last name is possibly Hogains/ Hagins?????

Children:
Jim, the oldest child
Lorenzo Dow born abt 1863 TN
Lucy had red hair and died real young
Benjamin Lewis born about 1868 TN

This family moved from TN to Arkansas about 1872-73, probably to Faulkner County.
In the 1880 Census For Faulkner County, Arkansas, Benton Township, the family is listed this way:
John Wesley Stacy age 34 born TN
Adaline age 52 born TN
Lorenzo Dow age 17 born TN
Benjamin L. age 12 born TN

The age in the 1880 Census for John Wesley is probably a mistake. He and Adaline possibly married about 1855 in Coffee County TN.
Jim, Dow and Ben Stacy were adults before their parents died. Jim and Dow both moved West. It is thought that Jim went to California, but that Dow settled in Oklahoma. Some time later, Dow came back after his younger brother, Ben. By that time Ben had married and did not leave with Dow.
Ben married Matilda Ann Pate in 1909 in Faulkner County, Arkansas. They had 13 children. Nine of the 13 children lived to adulthood. The family of Ben and Matilda do not know what happened to either Jim or Dow Stacy.
I would appreciate ANY clue in regard to this family.
