I am looking for the Parents of Thomas Rushing. Thomas married Emma Coleman in Bradley County on Dec. 28, 1881. They had 3 children by the name of Lizzie, John, Andrew.
Thomas was born about 1861, Emma Coleman was born about 1865. Their children Lizzie was born about 1882, John about 1885, Andrew 1887. Lizzie married a Crawfor. John and Andrew married Sisters by the Name of Nettie and Emma Rhodes. (Their father was Hedley, or Hedly Rhodes, and had another sister by the name of Flora and a brother by the name of Willie. These four children was raised by their grandparents on their mother side of family do not know her name, Sam'l and Ollie Johnson.) Thomas and Emma are my great=grandparents. and Andrew and Emma are my grandparents. Emma Coleman Rushing later married a George Simonds,or Simons, or Simmons and had two other children by him. George Jr. and Franklin. George and Emma married in Clevelan d county. They both were from a community called Brooks.
