Birth & Death of Lloyd Summers son of Charles Robert Summers & Almira Virginia

This is what I have:
I was told he was born on 1 Jan 1912 in Wayne, Cross County, Arkansas. I don't know his middle name.

I was told he died Aug 1912 in Wayne, Cross County, Arkansas

I have found a 1920 census of the family with him in it. Was he dead and the census taker goofed or was he really alive.

I am looking for conformation with his birth and death and where he is buried and if it is noted, when was he buried there? If he has a midle name what is it?
