Hello. I have the book entitled Cross Co. Arkansas, Marriage Record index Feb 1, 1863 to December 31, 1942.

In the above book there is no Erastus or Eugene Chandler or Marjorie Bloom listed. My guess without seeing the license you have is that they obtained the license in St. Francis Co. and were married by a Justice of the Peace or minister in Cross Co. In such a case, those records usually go back to the county of origin.
