I am looking for a resident of Memphis, TN or West Memphis,AR to do a newspaper lookup regarding a High relative for me at the library. I wrote to the library in West Memphis, and they won't do it...sent me a list of professional genealogists...I simply want one newspaper article regarding a family issue, if the article exists. I will pay for postage and copying.
