I am looking for information on the following:
Thomas Walter Powell died about 1925. He married (firstly) to Betty _______> They had two daughters that I know of, Louise and Betty. Then he married Lonnie D. Hailey Johnson, and they had three children: Thomas W. Jr., Leoma and Virginia Frances. My grandmother was born in Crawfordsville.
Also, this is a hunch since I found Thomas and wife, Betty living beside a Robert F. Powell and his wife Lucy?, I could see that they had one son named Robert, who at the time of the census was age 5. (1910 census for Crittendon COunty, ARK. THey were living in the Jackson Township area of Crittendon County, ARK.
Can anyone identify these two, are they related, brothers perhaps? I also noted that there was an Amos Powell not living to far from them. Is this Amos any relation to Thomas and Robert? Thomas and Robert both are listed as being born in Arkansas with father being born in Tennessee.
Can anyone help??????
