I have info that Gideon Ward was pastor of First Church Organization during the Civil War.First Church was Old Bethany Baptist Church. I am looking for More info On Gideon and First Church. It is said Gideon is the grandfather of A J and G T Tatum. Gideon baptized W H Barton. Any info on Living family and church Historian would be great.
