I am looking for information on Elias and Sarah Mackey. Elias bought land in Craighead County and was listed as being from Greene County in 1836. Sarah bought land in Craighead County and was listed as being from Poinsette County, Arkansas in 1855. Elias and Sarah are listed in the 1850 census for Poinsette County, Arkansas. Sarah only is listed in the 1860 census (living with son Thomas and family) in Montague County, Texas.
I am looking for what happened to Elias, when, where. Their parents, etc. Have sketchy information on some of the children.
Any information would be appreciated.
