I have never heard of this marriage certificate. I had always heard that the wife's name was Peggy also known as Margaret. There were no court records available.
The granddaughter Everlean Boozer Flournoy told me that Peggy was the name was on their daughter Annie Brockington Solomon's death certificate ,or on Caroline Boozer's death certificate the wife' name was Agnes. That was the first I had heard of that name.
Maybe he had remarried after the 1910 census and there were no records before 1914. He had been married to Peggy on the 1870 census in Darlington South Carolina.
