Need info on Anthony A. BRIGANCE

I found a 1900 land record where a Margaret BUTTERFIELD filed for a homestead in Cleburne County, Ark. In it she claims to be the widow of Anthony A. Brigance. Does anyone have a date of death for him? The family guesses are about 1885 to 1887. Also, were there children from this marriage to Margaret?
