Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice

of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that

said proof will be made before the county judge or in his absence

the county clerk of Cleburne County at Heber, on December 22, 1894, viz:

James P.Prince, H.E. No. 16162 for the s ½ of nw ¼ and sw frl ¼ section 18,

Township 12 North Range 10 West. He names the following witnesses to prove his continous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: E.N. Evans, J.M. Prince, A.J. Verser, M. Dollar, all of Prim.
