CRONE/GOODMAN/MOORE in Ark. by 1860

Searching for relationship between the Crones and Goodmans/Moores. We always heard they were cousins but do not know how they were related. Henry Goodman b. 1815 Va. m. Charlotte Moore b. 1818 Tn. (they were m. 1838 in Monroe Co. Tn.). Henry Goodmans sister, Minerva Jane Goodman m. brother of Charlotte, George Moore 1845 in Roane Co. Tn.
Both families, along with Hugh R. L. Moore and his wife, Mary, and mother, Mary Tucker Moore (and poss. brother, William Moore) moved to Cleburne Co. Ark. by the middle 1800s. By the 1860 census, next door to Henry and Charlotte Moore Goodman was George and Nancy Crone (who was born 1815 Va. just like Henry Goodman) and their children, who were all born in Ala. up to 1850. We heard Henry Goodman was a twin but never knew if the twin were male or female. We wondered if Nancy Crone could have been Henry Goodmans twin because she named her first son Henry, and it is not uncommon to name a son after a brother. We always heard the descendents were cousins but were never sure how they were related. We do not know the names of Henry and Minerva Goodmans parents or siblings. Any help on these families would be greatly appreciated
