There are no Parmley families listed in Clay County although there are a few elsewhere in the state on the 1930 Census.Two families in Benton County, 1 person in Monroe County, 1 person in the state hospital and one family in Pulaski County.
There is one colored Sinkler family living in Cleveland County on the 1920 Census.
