Researching my husband's maternal line. George H. (W?) Heard listed 1910 Census Clay Co. Cleghorn Twp. Married to Martha'Mattie'HANCOCK for 3 yrs. She had previously been m to HIGHFILL & had 4 children by him: Pearl, Henry, Emery & Lulu. George had been previously m (to whom?) Had Bessie, Katie(granddaughter) Charles. Wingfield HANCOCK age 36, widower also listed on census. Stella Elizabeth Heard was born Mar. 1911. (my husband's mother). Geo. raised & traded horses & farmed around Knobel, Clay Co. He d 27 Nov 1925 & is supposed to be buried in a small cemetery between O'Kean & Walnut Ridge. Efforts to obtain his death certificate have failed. Would appreciate any information. Thanks, Bev
