Hi Paula;

I didn't know that John and Rebecca Anderson had any other children....only knew about Mary Ann "polly" Anderson who married George W. Davis.
George W. Davis was a son of Henry and Mary "Polly" Walters) Davis. Henry and Polly and also Pollys' parents George and Elizabeth Walters are all buried in the Old Union cemetery in Jackson twp.; Boone co., Indiana as are also two infant children of George W. Davis and wife Mary aAnn "Polly" Anderson. I guess someone will have to prove whether Rebecca Quillen or Rebecca Walters is the correct Rebecca. If John and Rebecca Anderson of Boone county, Indiana had other children than just Mary Ann "Polly" Anderson then why would the Andersons accompany the Davis family to Arkansas?
I would like to have the data you have on your Henry Anderson and family and will be glad to exchange what I have on the davis family. Our side even has a photo of Mary Ann "Polly" Anderson Davis.
David Peters who was also in the 1875 household of George and Lydia Davis was father of Lydia Davis and also a direct ancestor of my wife. David Peters died at Polo, Carroll co., Ark. in Nov. 1880. His widowed daughter Lydia (Peters) Munger was the second wife of George Davis. George Davis Jr. (my wifes' great-grandfather) married Mary Jane "Janie" Peters and his brother John Davis married
Sarah Ann Peters......these Peters girls were 1st cousins to each other and both were granddaughter of David Peters.
The girls aunt Lydia married their father-in-law as his second wife.
The sons and sons-in-law of George and Elizabeth Walters were executors of the Walters estate and all have been identified except John Anderson who was one of the executors. Among the Walters heirs was listed daughter Rebecca (just below daughter Mary) Mary was Mary "Polly" Davis who married Henry Davis in 1815 in Floyd county Kentucky. Are you sure that your Henry Anderson was a brother of Mary Ann "Polly" Davis?
