In a few days I will have a houseguest who is a direct descendant, in fact a grandson, of James K. Polk HAMMOND. He's, ummm, less than computer-literate, but I'll be delighted to help him communicate with you; in fact, he's looking forward to this. His older brother, still alive, can actually remember seeing their grandfather.

Which of James's many children are you descended from?
