Don't find them in my files but wonder if they are out of a DAVID OXFORD b. 1802 Buncombe Co. NC and wife Susannah TURNER b. abt. 1812 ? If so these later generations of OXFORDS and McAFEE's are found in Independence Co. AR as JOHN TURNER OXFORD b. 1827 GA md. 2nd wife ALECY McCRARY b. 1840 TN on Aug. 12, 1858 in INDEPENDENCE CO. AR. Later on we see that he married a 3rd wife named RACHEL ELIZABETH DUNN b. 1855 Simpson Co. AR and they married about 1878 in Arkansas. There is a son of JOHN TURNER OXFORD and 2nd wife ALECY McCRARY named CHARLES or CHARLIE OXFORD b. 1860 ARKANSAS but he would predate your CHARLES OXFORD in Boone Co. AR. We do know, however, that JAMES TURNER OXFORD had a sister named NANCY C. OXFORD b. 1832 GA who md. BERRY McAFEE and they are found in the 1840 WALKER CO. GA census and living in their household then was SPENCER McAFEE the brother to BERRY McAFEE. Spencer then returned to his mothers' residence in Cherokee Co. GA and is later found on the 1900, and 1910 BOONE CO. AR Census living in BERGMAN. SPENCER ALVIN McAFEE died in 1912 and is buried by his 3rd wife SURELDA JANE DUNEHEW in the YORK CEMETERY in Bergman, Boone Co. AR.
BY 1880 NANCY C. OXFORD McAFEE ( widow of Berry McAfee and she is dau. of DAVID and SUSANNAH TURNER OXFORD of GA ) is shown to have married her 2nd husband WILLIAM AUTERSON on Jan. 25, 1880 in BERRY CO. MISSOURI.
William Auterson and his new wife NANCY C. OXFORD McAFEE ( shown as MACKAFEE on her 1880 Barry Co. MO marriage record in MO ) then moved to BENTON CO. AR and living with them are her children by 1st husband BERRY McAFEE who are :
JASPER G. McAFEE b. MISSOURI age 21 in 1880 Benton Co. AR Census of his step-father William Auterson.
GEORGE McAFEE b. GEORGIA age 17 born in ARKANSAS per his 1880 Benton Co. AR census of his step-father William Auterson.
I believe that the McAFEE's and OXFORDS were all in same regions of HABERSHAM CO. GA and that after the 1840 Walker Co. GA census, Nancy C. Oxford ( sister of John Turner Oxford ) had moved to BERRY CO. MO with her husband and children where he is presumed to have died in that Missouri region sometime about 1863 ( Civil War perhaps ? )
Here are all the files I have on OXFORDS of NC to GA to AR and etc. Post if you think this could be your line of OXFORDS who were also in BOONE CO. AR later on - Tina Rogers Beller. :

By 1847, NANCY C. OXFORD the daughter of DAVID and ANNA OXFORD above, had married BERRY McAFEE and is on census below in Walker
Co. GA as well. Berry McAfee is son of UNKNOWN McAFEE and wife ELVIRA / ELZIRA McAFEE of North Carolina. ELZIRA McAFEE is found with her
children enumerated on the 1840 HABERSHAM Co. GA census. By 1850 ELVIRA McAFEE and her children are shown on the CHEROKEE CO. GA census.
By 1860 ELVIRA SUTTON ( mother ) is found on the census of her other son SPENCER McAFEE in ARKANSAS ( See below this 1850 Walker Co. GA Census
for Spencer's brother BERRY McAFEE & wife NANCY OXFORD McAFEE :

Living 2 doors away is URIAH HICKS age 37 and wife Virena Jane Whittle b. 1821 TN ( either Sevier or Knox Co. TN ) In this line of HICKS are many ( over 65 ) SPARKS from MD to Cocke Co. TN. Interesting to note is that the first wife of Spencer McAfee was an EVELINE SPARKS.
Berry McAfee, ( Spencer McAfee's brother ) was in Newton County during the 1860's. Spencer married his second wife, Hannah Adeline Lance, ( 1828 TN ) on 15 Sept. 1859
