Hi, I do have my Smith line that is from the Boone County area. Andrew J. my gr gr grandfather, married Hepsebeth Jane Crane abt 1870. They had two known children Thomas Andrew born Nov 1870 and Ruthey M. born abt 1873 in Boone County. I know that AJ had lived in Carroll County (Jefferson Township) until that part of the county converted to Boone COunty and remained there until approximately 1902 at which time he disappeared.
