Did John William Snoderly m. Georgia Cockrell in 1878?

My brick wall is Georgia Cockrell. I obtained the name from her granddaughter (now deceased) who told me that her grandparents were John William Snoderly and Georgia Cockrell who m. Abt. 1878.

John Snoderly was b. Feb 1854 in Arkansas & d. 23 Apr 1934 in Benton County, Arkansas.

Georgia Cockrell was b. Jan 1859 in Arkansas & d. before 1920 in Garfield, Benton County, Arkansas.

Does anyone have info on this particular couple to verify their marriage? Also, does anyone know the names of their children? I have names from a Census Record in which the ancestor in the family tree is Verna Marola Snoderly b. 22 Nov 1887 in Garfield, Benton County, AR.

I have never been able to find any 1860 Census listing this Georgia Cockrell as b. in Arkansas around 1859; nor have I been able to find anything in the 1870 census indicating that a Georgia b. in Arkansas was about 10 or 11 years old.

Perhaps Georgia's parents' name is John Cockrell b. Illinois (from an 1880 Census Record for Snoderly) and Frances nee unknown.

Any help on this Georgia is greatly appreciated. Could Georgia's name be something other than Cockrell?

There are many spellings of Cockrell -- too many to list.
