A Reverend/M. D. Dr. John Nantz, born probably Randolph Co. NC,(possibly in VA), at some point came to AR and acquired land. I believe he settled in Brightwater, and is buried there.
His wife's name was possibly Dorcus Jane Rush also from NC. They had a daughter, Mary Ann, my great-great-grandmother, a son, John Newton Nantz who also was an M. D., and other children.
I would like to learn more accurate information about the parents/origin of the first John Nantz.
