Township Location Lookups: How/Where?

Can anyone tell me how (or if there is an online location) where I can look up township numbers and find their location on a map, or find it's current town name? With the GLO site down for who knows how long, I don't know where to find this information.

For instance, I have an ancestor who was deeded some land in the Fayetteville land office in 1860 for T19N R32W, which I'm pretty certain was for Benton County land. But I don't know how to find out where twp 19N R32W was/is so I can cross-reference for further lookups on censuses, etc.

Can anyone tell me where to find that online? Or does anyone have access for lookups that would mind doing a few lookups for me on that?
