I am looking for information on a Washington Perry Hawkins b. 1829 in Baxter county, Ar.
He married Margaret Kellett b. 1833 Baxter Co AR and they had two daughters - Mahala and Hepsabeth Matilda, I believe.
I can't find matches on Baxter Co on the 1820-30 census - was there a different name then? Thank you for any information.
