Tollie Dow Jones and Judah Bell Ward 1916

I am trying to trace Tollie Jones and Judah Bell Ward's ancestors. I know the moved from Baxter County Arkansas to Jerome County, Idaho in about 1916. Who were thier parents? I have found a Judah Ward Jan 9,1867 - Aug 14,1928 who is buried in the Mountain Home Cemetery. Could she be Judah Bell Ward's mother?
There is also a Bessie Ward buried next to a Grace W. and Johnnie Jones. Could Grace and Johnnie Jones be related to Tollie Dow Jones?
