Susan Avaline Goforth died December 12, 1925 in Tyro, Montgomery County, Kansas. They had 9 children, Beatty Leonidas, Maude Odell, William Hovey, Burton Hugh, Knox Wilson, Claudia Elvira, Beulah Simpson, Anna "Annie" Russell and Ora Edna "Eddie".
