you don't specifically what you want...do you need census records...draft reg.{which lists his name as Julius Monroe Gifford 6 Oct 1887{1900 census has Oct 1886}

from the records I found it appears he may NOT have lived Most of his life in Texas based on ..the 1920 census has them in
Crook, Drew, Arkansas
then they are in Woodsboro, Refugio, Texas in 1930
