Rob: I can't answer your question per se but perhaps if you contact the local genealogical society, they will do a look-up in a book that I'm sure that they have: "Cemetery Records of Arkansas County, Arkansas" [Arkansas County Extension Homemakers Council, ca. 1984]. Of course there is no guarantee that this cemetery has been surveyed (transcribed) but you just might get lucky. I assume that this is an old family cemetery so it's unlikely that good records were ever kept and even if they were, it's just as likely that they have been lost. However, there just might be a cemetery expert in the society who knows exactly where it is located and who owns the land. You never know until you ask. I queried USGS's GNIS database and found exact co-ordinates for Jones Cemetery [ID: 50721], which are:

LAT 341639N LONG 0910708W [Map: Indian Bay SE]
