Looking for the father of Washington Green Linn b.1862 in Springfield, MO d. Bet. 1937 -1938 in England, AR (Lonoke Co) - married in 1883 to Caldonia Haynes in Settlement, AR, Twnshp of Union, Van Buren Co. Caldonia Haynes b. 7/03/1866 in Clinton, Van Buren Co., AR.
Supposely, Caldonia's Mother was a Shipp.
Children:
James Marion Linn b. 12/01/1885 Settlement, AR, Twnshp of Union, Van Buren Co married 3/16/1908 in Settlement, Twnshp of Union, AR
Cora Whitaker (1/2 Indian) b. 12/01/1/1886
Clinton, Van Buren Co., AR d. 7/16/1932 in Byars, OK.
They story goes that her father was Chief of a Cherokee tribe. Don't have a first name and am unsure if it was Cherokee. Could have been Oswage or Creek.
